Every high achieving woman needs a confidante and coach who “gets her”.
My career has taken me around the world from investment banker to senior international sales and marketing executive for several fortune 100 companies.
Challenges. During that time, I faced other life challenges:
I had to manage difficult family relations;
My children needed attention;
I was diagnosed with breast cancer.
While I truly enjoyed the climbing the corporate ladder, after more than 20 years, including 14 working in London, I burned out.
Authenticity is powerful. I hadn’t yet realized the power that authenticity and staying true to my values had on my ability to set goals, make choices that were right for me, and ultimately generate that sense of life satisfaction that so many of us crave.
Clarify. Prioritize. Achieve.
Shift. The game changed when I began applying coaching techniques to clarify my values and principles so I could master what I really wanted, and how I was going to achieve that without compromising myself. I prioritized what was important and why. With a newfound shift in my outlook, I went on to become a successful entrepreneur and a sought-after leader in my community. I had learned to be true to myself and authentically show up.
Today
I chose to become a certified coach to high achieving women because I know from experience when you decide you want something more, different better, you don’t always want to take the next steps alone. You want someone who “gets you” and truly has your best interests at heart.
We are not in control of our futures, but, we are in control of our probabilities. Coaching helps you seize opportunities you may otherwise have missed, while helping you grow beyond your blind spots and limitiations, both real and perceived.
I listen with purpose and ask the questions that will enable you to discover and embrace your authenticity and use that to your greatest advantage - so you can confidently dare to be greater.
On a Personal Note…
I received a B.S. in Economics and Finance from Carnegie Mellon University, a Masters Degree in International Business/International Affairs from Columbia University and am a member of the International Coach Federation and the Institute of Coaching.
I’m the proud mother of two teenagers - one boy and one girl. I’m happily married to my fabulous husband we lovingly refer to as the “Human Google”. Our cavapoo puppy, Ivy, is a never-ending source of joy.
I love contemporary art, a variety of music and dance, and sharing experiences with great friends and a glass or two of champagne!
